Jill and Moi came down to help, we got them started on washing the family room windows.
Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
Susan spent most of the morning scraping the paint off of the wall in the living room.
Yey, we are almost finished with this project!
We finished painting the kitchen.
The door needs one more coat and a couple of other things but this room is almost finished!
Jared spent most of the day replacing plug outlets, and light switches, to match the new white paint.
Wow! This looks great, way to go little electrician.
Craig and Scott worked on the closet in the Master Bedroom, and got the molding frame around the door put in. This is moving right along and should be ready to paint next time.
Linda and I spent the entire day painting, it is amazing how long it takes to paint but it looks great once we are done. (Linda, I had to have at least one picture of you helping with everything down here.)
Rosemary spent the afternoon cleaning the window tracks in the kitchen.
(Thanks for everything, you always some and help cross several more things off the list.)
The windows are back in place and now they are just polishing th glass. Is that a tree that I can see through the window now that it is clean? This looks wonderful!
The master bedroom is all cleaned out and vacuumed and now it is ready to paint next time. We just need to remove the fan, put down some plastic and we are ready to go. Ready, set, paint!
We had to patch some holes by the closet. Craig was adding another coat of paint to cover up the patches.
Jared also learned how to fill in the space between the ceiling and the crown molding today. You are going to be earning all kinds of new merit badges after this project.
After painting the ceiling in the kitchen we took the tape off and there were spots of paint between the ceiling and molding. Susan was great enough to go back through with a knife and clean this all up.
It looks AWESOME!
Oscar helped add some more muscle to get this wall finished. With a little more mud to cover the holes and smooth everything out this wall should be ready to paint.
I can't believe that this wall if finally, just about ready!
As you can see we did tons of work but there is still plenty to finish, and we can use your help.
Thank you to everyone who came to help, you are amazing.
We could not have done everything we did without your help!
We are planning to go back down to work on Saturday, November 6th. Please check your schedules and make arrangements to come help get more done.
Anything you can give is less we have to do later.
